✔️ 8x4 2.54mm pin headers, jumper-ready, pull-ups optional
This blue, passive breakout PCB is designed to fan out I2C signals and power across multiple jumper wires. It supports up to eight device connections on a shared bus and clearly labels SCL, SDA, VCC, and GND for easy wiring. The board contains no active electronics, keeping the bus clean for microcontroller prototypes. An on-board power LED shows voltage presence, and 2200 ohm pull-up resistors can be enabled via solder jumpers. The back side includes unpopulated 0603 pads to link pull-ups to VCC if you want I2C pull-ups built in. Pack includes 4 boards for convenient expansion. (0.1 inch / 2.54 mm pitch)
✅ 4-pack fully assembled breakout boards
✅ 8x4 footprint with 0.1" (2.54 mm) pitch pins
✅ SCL, SDA, VCC, GND labeled rows for easy I2C sharing
✅ On-board 2200 Ω pull-up resistors, jumper-controlled
✅ On-board power LED indicates voltage presence
✅ Back side pads for optional pull-ups to VCC (0603 pads)
💡 What is an I2C breakout board used for in prototyping and bus expansion?
An I2C breakout board is a handy tool for expanding the I2C bus across multiple devices on prototyping setups.
- Handy for sharing SCL, SDA and power among multiple devices
- Great for breadboard setups and quick sensor testing
- Helps keep wiring organized and simplifies pull-up resistor testing
- Useful for comparing different I2C configurations before final build
